Audit Administrator

Seeking an audit & compliance administrator to join a growing team in Norwich.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Audit, you will have an eye for detail, analytical in approach, being a keen problem solver, helping us to maintain and drive our audit standards across the portfolio of our car parks.

The role will be based at their location in Norwich. Working hours are Monday- Friday, 37.5 hours per week on a rota.

Duties:

  • Ensuring all site information have the correct signage, brand guidelines and on-site information, presented to the standards set and in line with BPA compliance requirements.
  • Carrying out back-office checks periodically on machine software updates and errors
  • Carrying out auditing of sites meeting company standards set, including review of complete checklists and closing out actions required
  • Auditing tariff changes weekly
  • Accurate entry of daily income figures across the portfolio into our spreadsheet reports.
  • Reviewing and archiving of original and duplicate tickets within our systems.
  • Reviewing internal spreadsheets, noting events, problems, bank holidays and audit maintenance requirements.
  • View and analyse Company income figures (weekly/monthly/yearly) to spot income trends and variances (differences) reporting requirements to internal departments.
  • Reporting discrepancies identified on declared incomes
  • Supporting internal commercial team, with commercial dashboard analysis and audit reviews.
  • Answering any customer or contractor queries as first line responses by telephone or email for the Audit department.
  • Carrying out any other administrative duties within the audit department

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Excel (intermediate/advanced) or Microsoft Power BI systems would be advantageous.
  • Ability to travel/ driving licence is required.
