As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Corporate & Commercial Trainee Solicitor, you will collaborate closely with a team of experienced Solicitors who support clients with their legal needs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience from industry experts and gain hands-on experience in a local law firm.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare memos, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal agreements.
- Attend client meetings and assist in negotiations.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on various legal matters.
- Help prepare and file legal documents with the court.
- Assist with due diligence activities in corporate transactions.
- Support Solicitors in managing and resolving legal disputes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law from
- LPC or SQE qualified.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous and highly organised.
- Interest in developing a career corporate & commercial law.
