I am excluisvely partnered with my client in London to help them find a CRM Manager to work with stakeholders across the firm, the CRM Manager will be responsible for converting business needs into technical requirements and contributing ideas for future enhancements to the system.
Responsibilities:
- System development and improvement
- Data quality and reporting
- Support, training and communication
Experience required:
- Experience of CRM Systems preferably MS Dynamics
- Experience of visualisations and reports, preferably using PowerBI or simlar
