Theatre Logistics Support

We are seeking a Theatre Logistics Support (TLS) to join our healthcare facility team in Epsom. The TLS is essential in coordinating logistics activities and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our Theatre Team and patients. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist the on-site manager with the coordination of logistics activities and service delivery.
- Ensure the timely movement of trolleys to and from the Sterile Services Department (SSD) collection point.
- Collect deliveries and efficiently stock storerooms.
- Manage stock and ensure equipment availability for the Theatre Team.
- Support the Divisional Director with additional tasks as required.
- Work shifts from 07:00-15:00 or 11:00-18:00, including a rotational Saturday shift every other week (day off in lieu provided).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work to tight timescales and perform manual labour.
- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Capacity to work under pressure and maintain efficiency.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external contacts.
