Position: Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our expanding team for an existing client. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours. Your efforts will help clients achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Assist with light housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Document and report client progress and any changes in their condition.
- Participate in outdoor activities to promote socialisation and well-being.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of paid UK experience in care giving or support work.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- PVG update member or willingness to apply (application to be processed through ASA Recruitment).
Schedule:
- 36 hours per week, below is an idea of what your rota may look like.
o 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 3 days weekly over a 4-week pay period, includes some weekend work.
o 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, over a 4-week pay period, includes some weekend work.

Salary:
- From £12.00 per hour, depending on experience.
