Office Manager

Our client based in Marlow are recruiting for an Office and Support Manager on a temporary basis. The position will be full time hours 9am-5pm and 100% office based.

You will be responsible for the management of the office including arranging travel and and events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Arranging travel for all employees
  • Set up accounts for travel and over night stays
  • Organising sales meetings, conferences and customer events
  • Managing courier activities
  • Supporting other teams within the business with administration
  • Managing the calendars of the UK meeting rooms
  • Supporting line managers with territory mapping
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Main point of contact for day to day office visitors
  • Initiate social engagements for staff
