Looking for an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in HR? One of Scotland's leading firms of accountants is seeking a Graduate Trainee - HR Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function, building relationships, and embracing change. You'll work closely with the Head of HR and a team of experienced professionals to administer updates to the staff handbook, provide administrative support for ER caseloads, support recruitment, and selection processes, and more.

To be successful, you'll need a degree in HR Management (or equivalent), good English and Maths, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative working style. You'll have proven organisational skills, take ownership of tasks, and be enthusiastic, results-driven, and work as part of a close-knit team. You'll also need to be client-focused and have a quality approach to work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate-level candidate looking to hone their craft and learn from experienced professionals. The role is based in the Glasgow offices and offers a 50% hybrid working model. The role has a competitive salary.
