Robert Half is recruiting for a creative business based in Solihull.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has at least 2 years core finance experience at a transitional level who is looking to have a combined transactional/management accounts role
Duties will include but not be limited too:
Management Accounts
- Prepare & input nominal journals (depreciation,prepayments, accruals)
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts
- Investigate and report on variances to previous months/budget
Payroll
- Process monthly payroll
- Submit payments to HMRC
- Submit pension payments
Sales Ledger
- Ensure Sales invoices are raised correctly based on information generated from the Rapport3 system
- Submit invoices to correct contact person including supporting documentation where appropriate
Purchase Ledger
- Ensure all invoices are correctly authorised
- Input invoices accurately
- Process expenses claims & credit card statements
- Prepare payment runs
- Resolve purchase ledger queries
Profile:
- Finance professional with over 2 years experience
- Good understanding on debts and credits
- Flexible work approach
- Strong excel and systems knowledge
- Willingness to get stuck in
