Great opportunity to join a technology focused, secured loan provider that are looking to expanding their Bridging Team.
Our client are a forward thinking Secured Loan provider who offer a range of advice across Mortgages, 2nd Charge loans, protection & bridging loans. They are looking for an experienced Bridging Finance specialist to join their team, due to ongoing growth this is a role that offer's long term progression within a business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on bridging loans and other short-term financial solutions.
- Manage a number of hot leads via multiple channels.
- Deliver excellent customer service through in-depth exploration of customer needs and circumstances.
- Offer recommendations best suited to the customers' needs.
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while prioritizing the best interests of customers.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ months experience in Bridging Finance
- Track record of achieving targets in similar sales environment
- CeMAP Qualification preferable
- Sales minded & driven individual
