Hours per week: Variable Shift Rota - 06:00 - 22:00 - 37.5 hours per week

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for Cleaning Duty Manager to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Newcastle, Neville Street

Key Responsibilities:

  • The implementation and delivery of the client's cleaning specifications and its services in your location.
  • Take ownership for financial overtime and stock control ensuring robust practices are in place for the management and reporting of these of processes.
  • Ensure all training requirements are in place and that staff are suitably trained to undertake their role and fulfil their responsibilities whilst being a mentor for development.
  • You will lead in the Supervision of the client's contract, ensuring services meet the requirements of interface with the clients, service providers and stakeholders, to ensure the expectations are being met and any additional services can be supported.
  • Be proactive in your management approach and have you finger on the pulse of all aspects of the business within your region.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Someone with a proven track record in cleaning service delivery who thrives on a challenge.
  • Someone with excellent time management skills who can manage multiple workloads and multitask efficiently.
  • You will have experience in implementing, reviewing, and achieving high standards for safety, quality, cost, and an interactive, open door management style.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to operate and build credibility with employees & key stakeholders.
  • Excellent diplomacy skills combined with the confidence and resilience to handle challenging situations with innovative problem-solving skills.
