The Role

As a Social & Paid Account Director, you will be the key lead for social and paid content projects, managing everything from conception to execution. You'll work closely with internal creative teams, media partners, and clients, providing strategic direction and ensuring the highest quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Take charge of social and paid content projects, providing clear direction and ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Strategic Insight: Offer strategic input during planning phases and maintain a forward-thinking approach to anticipate future opportunities.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and managing expectations effectively.
- Creative Development Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful content, always pushing for the best possible outcomes.
- Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring profitability and identifying opportunities for additional revenue.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of projects across different teams and platforms, aligning with overall client strategy.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues proactively, escalating when necessary to ensure project success.

Client & External Management:

- Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients and external partners, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Client Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, brand, and industry to deliver work that truly resonates.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on social and paid media capabilities, advising clients and creative teams on best practices.

Technology & Innovation:
- Performance Focus: Apply your expertise in performance-driven social media and paid production to deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data to inform and optimize social and CRM campaigns.

Skills & Experience:
- Creative Leadership: Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to elevate creative work through smart, innovative solutions.
- Industry Insight: Passionate about creative trends and technology, with experience in delivering across multiple social platforms.
- Client Knowledge: In-depth understanding of client organizations and markets, enabling you to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Team Management: Skilled in delegating, coaching, and developing team members to achieve high-quality outputs and meet deadlines.
- Comprehensive Experience: Proven experience in social content creation, CRM campaigns, digital design, and the associated production processes.
