Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Warwickshire - Hybrid Working - 3 days a week in the office
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, affiliates.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the client's website.
- Oversee PPC campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and boost sales.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor and manage a team of ecommerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, affiliates, and campaign management.
- Working knowledge of Magento.
- Experience with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, eBay, etc., is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
