Joining an established team, this dynamic company are seeking to appoint a People Manager to lead and support the People Team and provide support to the wider office community. Working 40 hours a week in a flexible work setting, the successful candidate will have a strong foundation and at least 2-5 years people management experience, seeking a fresh challenge. Working in this flexible and hardworking setting, the successful People Manager will have exposure to a variety of day-to-day tasks including;
- Engaging and maintaining a successful on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Manage internal HR system
- Supporting full employee life cycle
- Arrange & support L&D requirements
- Manage the wider People team
- Supporting Line Managers on all structural issues matters
- Engagement & Retention
- Manage all payroll
- Supporting wider HR function
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and engaging individual to drive forward this team who sit within a dynamic office setting, the ideal experience for the People Manager will be;
- 2-5 years People Management experience
- CIPD level 3 or 5 would be advantageous but not essential
- A strong and engaging communicator
- People management experience
- A driver for change
- Strong MS Office skills
- Exposure to HR systems
