About the Company:
We are a leading build-to-rent company, dedicated to providing an exceptional living experience for our residents. Our new property in Glasgow boasts over 90 plus beautifully designed studios with 1 and 2 beds, and we are looking for a skilled General Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of the property.
General Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilise and roll out the new property, ensuring a seamless transition for residents.
- Act as the primary customer-facing representative for all current and prospective residents.
- Update and maintain the resident app to provide a convenient and efficient communication platform.
- Work closely with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
- Innovate and improve standards to provide an exemplary experience from initial inquiry to move-in and throughout residency.
- Manage resident contracts, ensuring compliance with standards and legislation.
- Conduct regular property inspections and report any maintenance issues.
General Manager Experience:
- Previous experience in building mobilisation and management.
- Prior experience in letting and property management.
- Strong background in customer service.
General Manager Key Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in engaging with various stakeholders.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
