If you are money hungry, target driven and have a drive for success within a sales based environment then this is the job for you. For our Property Sales Consultants you will be on the phone talking to and building a portfolio with high net worth individuals across the globe with a view to securing investments for off plan properties around the Manchester area. This job is perfect for an ambitious sales driven individual who has the ability and confidence for off-plan sales and want to be in control of their earnings with our top achievers earning in excess of £100,000 every year!

Our Property Investment Consultants are responsible for:
- Working with high new worth clients to identify their unique investment goals
- Formulating investment strategies/ based on client goals
- Issuing client monthly portfolio reports
- Suggesting investments based on client needs
- Analysing various markets and conducting research
- Making adjustments to client investments over time
- Communicating openly, consistently, and honestly with clients at all times
What we are looking for:
- People with a sales background- any environment is fine, we will train your in all things property investment related!
- Able to perform under pressure
- Self-starters with a genuine passion for property
- Hunger and drive to make money
