Compliance Associate | Specialty Insurer | London/Hybrid | £55 - 65,000 (doe) | 12M FTC
Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a specialty insurance company in their search for a Compliance Associate to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis. You will be reporting into the Head of Compliance and be working a varied generalist role.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the onboarding and monitoring of intermediaries.
- Analysing data and producing MI.
- Co-ordinating initiatives and supporting projects.
- Facilitating regulatory reviews.
- Undertaking due diligence and reviewing sanctions screening alerts.
- Supporting the business in maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and ensuring positive outcomes for customers.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years compliance experience.
- Must have experience of working in the insurance industry.
- Good working knowledge of the FCA guidelines.
- Experience of financial crime & conduct risk.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Please note you will be required to work in their London office 3 days per week.
