Pay Rates and Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday (Day shifts): £12.82 per hour
- Monday to Friday (Night shifts): £13.03 per hour
- Saturday (Day shifts): £13.53 per hour
- Saturday (Night shifts): £13.71 per hour
- Sunday (Day shifts): £13.94 per hour
- Sunday (Night shifts): £14.13 per hour
- Bank Holidays (Day and Night shifts): £15.47 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their emotional and physical needs are met.
- Assisting with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal support.
- Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and fostering a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
- Implementing individual care plans and ensuring documentation is kept current and accurate.
Requirements of the Support Worker:
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the UK (support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, or carer).
- Right to work in the UK.
- A caring and empathetic disposition.
- Readiness to complete necessary compliance checks.
