A rare and exciting opportunity to join a highly successful, Manufacturing company who are looking to recruit on a 12 month FTC to cover Maternity Leave.

The Company

An international Manufacturing company who supply into the Corporate, Hospitality and Wholesale markets. Working in a small yet diverse team of fellow Customer Support Assistants, you will also benefit from the leadership, guidance and mentorship of a highly experienced Supervisor and Manager. An employer of choice in the local area, although a contract extension beyond the 12 months is not guaranteed, this role will be a fantastic addition to any CV.

What's in it for you?

  • 21 hours per week, over 5 days. Ideally a 9am start however this is slightly negotiable if required.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)
  • Hybrid role after successful probationary period (2 days WFH)
  • Free on-site parking

The Opportunity

  • Predominantly suppoering the Field Sales team with administrative and Customer support.
  • Supporting a team of 2 experienced Account Managers, lending the opportunity to build strong internal relationships.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming Customer enquiries.
  • Taking responsibility of the coordination, communication and delivery of Customer contact in reference to their orders.
  • Liaising with your colleagues in the wider operation, including but not limited to logistics.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced Customer Service professional who has a natural flair for organisation, attention to detail and relationship building. You will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn. Ideally, you will have worked within a similar role within a Manufacturing environment, however this is not essential.
