As an English Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of young learners and fostering a passion for the English language. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, facilitating classroom discussions, and providing constructive feedback to students. Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- 2 Proven recent and professional references with experience teaching English at the secondary level
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature
- Strong behavior management skills
- Ability to deliver and assess engaging English lessons
- Guide students in developing strong writing skills, including grammar, composition, and creative expression
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
- Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
- effectively oversee the classroom, create, and present engaging lessons.
- Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
- Complete marking and assessments for pupils in KS3 and KS4
- Good knowledge and experience of the UK national curriculum.
