Receptionist

We have partnered with an established firm near the Birmingham city centre area who are recruiting for a Receptionist. This is a full time permanent role based onsite, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

We would like to hear from candidates for the Receptionist role who:

  • Confident communicator.
  • A hands-on, adaptable attitude.
  • Flexible approach to working.
  • Good organisational skills, with a good attention to detail.
  • Background In a legal/client setting desirable

Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist role:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors/clients to the branch.
  • Assisting with event organisation and preparation.
  • Setting up and preparing meetings rooms/ boardrooms.
  • Handling incoming emails, calls and post.
  • Ad-hoc admin support to various stakeholders.

Key Information about the role Includes:

  • Salary of £22-25k per annum DOE
