About you:
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs in a target-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous healthcare experience is advantageous
- Personable and enjoys building relationships with team members and clients
About the role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for growing a client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities through various sales techniques
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to foster trust and loyalty
- Identifying local recruitment opportunities to support team expansion
- Collaborating with the branch manager to implement and execute growth strategies
