Description
- Planning and scheduling transport routes for the efficient delivery of goods.
- Tracking and updating dispatch information in real-time.
- Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Monitoring the condition of transport vehicles and coordinating necessary maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with transport laws and regulations.
- Providing support in case of transport-related issues or delays.
- Training and supervising transport personnel as needed.
- Preparing and presenting transport reports to management.
Profile
A successful Transport Co-Ordinator should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
