Residential Childcare worker roles are available in Glasgow. Choose your own schedule, and work as often as you like based on your availability! Make a real difference in the lives of young people and children, supporting them to have a safe and accomplished childhood. Part-time and full-time hours are available by booking your own shifts through our app and catching up with your own dedicated consultant. Work at the same service or try out lots of different ones!

A successful child care support worker will be responsible for:
- Working effectively as part of a team of child support workers
- Providing 24 hours care to a vulnerable young people
- Providing personal care to children
- Administering medication
- Promoting a positive parenting role model
- Ensuring professional boundaries are in place
- Maintaining professional manner and working to National Care Standards
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- 6 months of prior experience in the UK working in a residential setting with young people aged below 16 years.
- Flexibility in the roles undertaken.
- Strong communication skills.
- Registration under the PVG scheme.
- Full driving license(Preferred).
- Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 and SVQ level 4 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable.
