This role is permanent from day one and gives a unique and interesting opportunity to their next hire due to the nature of the business.
So what would your responsibilities be?
- Responsibility for all day to day financial activities & reporting.
- Ensuring all entities are compliant with any relevant legislation & reporting standards.
- Investigating any variances
- Maintenance of all nominal ledgers
- Implementing & maintaining effective Financial Controls.
- VAT prep & submission
- Preparing monthly accounts
- Working closely with SLT team & board members to create and maintain effective budgets & creating long term viable plans & forecasts.
- Looking for continuous improvement opportunities

But what experience and qualifications to do you need?
- Recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA OR CIMA)
- At least 5 years PQE preferably within a financial accounting role
- Understanding of FRS102 is highly desirable
