About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR professional to join our growing People & Culture team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting our daily HR activities and larger-scale projects designed to develop our business and its people.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth administration and management of our HR and Payroll system.
- Generate reports for internal and external audiences on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Provide daily support and guidance on all HR policies and processes, escalating issues when necessary.
- Manage all people and culture administration tasks, including pensions and benefits, ensuring timely responses to employee queries.
- Assist with the monthly payroll process and serve as the first point of contact for all pay-related questions.
- Lead and support on people and culture projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a people or human resources function
- Knowledge of processing monthly payroll
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organization skills
