My client are a well established, transport/ logistics company, seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their expanding HR team at Heathrow!
Daily duties will include:
- Supporting the HR manager
- Support recruitment processes including handling of the application and short-listing process, liaising with candidates and scheduling of interviews, support hiring managers with interviews, preparing offers and contract of employment and referencing/ DBS checks.
- Responsible for tracking CAA regulations and compliance is met
- Handling complaints and disciplinary procedures for the company
- Supporting payroll and benefits
- Assisting with audits - internal and external
- Liaise with external partners ie recruitment agencies (Heathrow Personnel)
- General HR/ admin duties
Skills required:
- Previous HR generalist experience
- Well organized
- PC literate
- Good communication skills
- PC literate

- Strong analytical skills
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
