Position: Religious Education (RE) and PSHE Teacher
Location: South West London
Start Date: September 2024
Employment Type: The role is on a long term supply contract through Quantum Scholars and commences in September 2024. It is initially for 1 term, with the potential to go permanent.
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated RE and PSHE Teacher to join an 'Outstanding' secondary school based in South West London. The ideal candidate will have sufficient experience in teaching RE and PSHE to secondary school level and have a passion for inspiring students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive RE and PSHE lessons in accordance with the UK national curriculum and school guidelines.
- Foster a positive learning environment, manage classroom behavior, and maintain discipline.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
Qualifications:
- Sufficient experience in teaching RE and PSHE to secondary school level(Grades 7 - 12)
- Must be a qualified teacher
- Available to start in September 2024
- In-depth knowledge of the UK RE and PSHE National Curriculum
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
