An exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join our Clients team. This role is pivotal in supporting the HR Department to deliver responsive, high-quality HR services that meet organizational needs while aligning with current legislation and best practices.

The Senior HR Advisor will work independently to provide expert guidance on employee relations, policy, and compliance while also collaborating within our HR team. This role is key to fostering strong relationships across the organization's offices, resolving conflicts, and driving HR efficiency projects. Responsibilities include advising on employee relations matters, supporting acquisitions through the TUPE process, and managing HR documentation and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations & Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on ER matters and collaborate with managers to handle complex cases.
- Policy & Compliance Support: Ensure HR policies are understood and implemented consistently.
- Employee Benefits & Engagement: Maintain benefit information and assist with processes related to employee lifecycle events.
- Project & Operational Support: Lead HR initiatives and support operational needs across offices.
- Communication & Reporting: Maintain open communication with the HR - Director, contribute to monthly HR reports, and provide proactive support across all HR functions.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of HR experience in an advisory capacity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach are essential.
