The Business
Work with an award-winning private practice on providing Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Sports Massage and Therapist-led Pilates and rehab classes to the people of Peterborough for over 12 years. One of their practice values is ‘Retention' and this is evidenced by their clients returning to their services and recommending them to friends and family along with their 5-star Google reviews.
Facilities include 3 large fully equipped treatment rooms, an equipped gym (including a treadmill), and a large purpose-built studio for specialised classes. The relaxed atmosphere contributes to clients' recovery which maintains a happy working environment.
Hours: Full or part-time which can be flexible, can include evenings and weekends. Potential for 30 hours a week.
Salary: FTE £35,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience with opportunities for a bonus.
Key responsibilities include:
- New patient assessments, including a treatment plan and prescribed exercises for the patient to take away.
- Regular, effective clinical treatments to support client goals with monitoring progress and adjusting or changing treatment as needed.
- Manage own caseload and time management including updating and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Be proactive in looking for opportunities to improve client's lifestyle.
- Be proactive in following up client's recovery with calls and emails.
- Focus on retaining clients and utilising the practice facilities.
- Writing professional articles for social media platform and website.
- Assist in the delivery of practice events and marketing campaigns.
- Comply with government physiotherapy regulations.
- Desirable but not essential - Deliver Pilates or rehabilitation classes of a high-quality standard with great communication skills and adaptations.
