About you:?
You have a passion for educational content and would enjoy a pivotal role in managing the planning, commissioning, and delivery of our content roadmap. You enjoy the challenge of staying ahead of the curve; researching and innovating approaches to assessment and content to ensure we continue to deliver market leading content. You have experience of managing projects of varying complexity, across multiple clients and markets, and also managing people, to ensure they are able to deliver on time and in budget.
You should be comfortable working as a part of a wider team, respecting the needs of the in-house production team and the processes which have been developed. You understand the importance of positive relationships and collaborative working, both within the immediate team and more widely across different functions and divisions. Results-driven and able to set and work to deadlines, you will be comfortable monitoring progress and taking action to ensure you and your team meet targets and milestones. You will engage collaboratively and creatively with third parties as well as cross-organisationally to develop, shape and maintain products; ensuring our content is reflective of stakeholder goals and in-keeping with the educational landscape.
Day-to-day, you will:?
- Lead a small team of Learning Content Creators, helping them grow and develop.
- Plan and manage content projects, working with the Content Lead to set milestones and stay on budget.
- Conduct market research and create project plans for new content ideas.
- Review and improve content processes, including our in-house content management system, to boost efficiency and save costs.
Your skills and experiences might also include:??
- Experience managing a small team and supporting career development in publishing or project management.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
- Experience using project management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
