BASIC SALARY TO £20-25,000 DOE OTE £40-45,000
My client, a leading agent in the area, are looking for a motivated and hard working Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone to build themselves a career and climb the career ladder.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Arrange and attend viewings on a daily basis
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Negotiate and obtain offers for sale properties
- Refer potential applicants to our financial services department (additional commission available)
- Generate and arrange valuations on behalf of sales manager
- Working towards targets
The successful candidate must demonstrate and prove the following:
- Being a team player
- Demonstrating self-motivation
- Experience working in an estate agency setting within sales
- Work well under pressure
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Professional and well presented
- The ability to work towards deadlines
8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday 9.45am - 4pm Saturdays with one lieu day in the week
