The job responsibilities include
- Behavioural and pastoral support
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-1 support of students
- Making sure students feel secure and empowered
- Assist class teachers to provide enhanced learning experience for students
Many of the students attending the school face challenges regarding dysfunctional family relationships, low educational attainment, marginalisation and disadvantage. Subsequently, they are more 'at risk' of negative outcomes. As an Aspiring Occupational Therapist, you can see how crucial your role is in ensuring children feel safe and secure.
