Description
Customer Support Specialist, Basingstoke:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Deal with Business to Consumer customer calls
- Deal with high volumes of calls and complaints
- Resolve billing, account, and service-related issues effectively
- Provide information on products and services, including tariffs and sustainability options
- Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems
- Work closely with internal teams to address complex customer needs
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Profile
Customer Support Specialist, Basingstoke:

Job Offer
Salary of circa £25,000 - £27,000 dependant upon experience.
