My client is a leading provider of data cabling and IT infrastructure solutions. They specialise in delivering high-quality services to their clients, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer capabilities. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and motivated Small Works Project Manager to join their team.

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Small Works Project Manager to oversee small works, moves, adds, and changes projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data cabling and IT infrastructure, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee data cabling projects, including small works, moves, adds, and changes.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Supervise installation teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Small Works Project Manager in the data cabling or IT infrastructure industry. We will consider construction PM background
  • Strong technical knowledge of data cabling standards, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
