Nexus Recruitment are seeking a Residential Property Manager to work for a prestigious property management firm in West London. You will be managing 150 properties in West London. My client is a multi-disciplinary firm who have built up a really strong reputation within the local market offering a unique and unrivalled service.
Core duties:
- Creating and maintaining strong client relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure communication with all stakeholders
- Regular inspections
- Management of contractors completing works and identifying whether jobs have been completed as expected
- Deposit returns
- Keeping software and all records fully up to date in line with company expectations
You will play a key role as ambassador for the client with an innovative and customer led approach. This position is 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, after a 3 month probation period. Our client has the infrastructure to train, develop and support an individual and sponsorship on qualifications will be provided.
Required attributes:
- ARLA qualified
- Proven knowledge of Section 8 and Section 21 processes
- 3+ years industry experience
- Ability to demonstrate customer service appreciation / delivery
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
