A wonderful 3 form entry primary school in the Wythenshawe area of south Manchester are currently looking for an experienced teacher to work across Key Stage 2. The is a full-time, long-term role which will commence after the October half term and will run until the end of the academic year. The committed daily rate for this role is between £170 - £230 per day.
In this role you will be responsible for general teacher cover across the entire key stage 2 phase of the school. You will work from Year 3 to 6 and be responsible for PPA cover, ECT time and unplanned absences. There are no planning responsibilities within this role, but you will be expected to mark all the work in the classes you have covered.
You will be an organised individual with great communication skills, as well as experience of working in a UK primary school. You will have previous experience in Key Stage 2 and experience in Year 6 is desirable but not essential.
