Description

  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert tax planning, and advisory services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their tax requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Keep up to date with changing tax laws and regulations and effectively communicate these changes to clients and the team.
  • Participate in business development activities, promoting the firm's tax services to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with other departments within the firm to provide integrated services to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to tax services.
  • Provide strategic tax advice to clients, helping them make informed business decisions.

Profile

A successful 'Mixed Tax Partner' should have:

  • Proven experience in a tax advisory role within a professional services environment. Someone who is equally happy to undertake the work, as well as winning it.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of tax professionals.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to promote the firm's tax services to prospective clients.
