- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert tax planning, and advisory services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their tax requirements are met and exceeded.
- Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Keep up to date with changing tax laws and regulations and effectively communicate these changes to clients and the team.
- Participate in business development activities, promoting the firm's tax services to prospective clients.
- Work closely with other departments within the firm to provide integrated services to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to tax services.
- Provide strategic tax advice to clients, helping them make informed business decisions.
