Job Title: Property Manager (Reply to me in confidence)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Hampstead (NO DRIVING REQUIRED)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (WORK HALF THE WEEK FROM HOME. 3 DAYS ONE WEEK, 2 THE NEXT).

My client is a highly-respected authority on London property and is proud of its reputation as an innovative and dynamic business. They are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Property Manager to join, and compliment their existing Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties with a minimum of 2 years of property management experience, delivering outstanding service to clients
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of property maintenance, including knowledge of relevant legal requirements and compliance standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Utilize excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail and review quotes on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate deposit deductions in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding legal notices
  • Proficiently use property management software and tools
