As a Recruitment Manager specializing in the Therapies and Nursing sector, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified candidates in a variety of roles within healthcare and social care organizations. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager to include:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients in the Care sector.
  • Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize various channels to source qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best match for client requirements.

Job Advertising and Promotion:

  • Create compelling job advertisements and promote opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of job openings within the Care sector.

Negotiation and Placement:

  • Facilitate the interview and negotiation process between clients and candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.

Market Research:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
  • Provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications and Previous Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the Care sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and social care industry regulations and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving recruitment targets.
