This is an Assistant Building Surveyor's role, joining a renowed Construction Consultancy, with over 60 years' of success, based in East London. The new Assistant Building Surveyor will join a dynamic team of 5 and will be able to collaborate with the wider teams and their juniors.
Role and responsibilities
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have access to a range of projects, across a truly varied property portfolio, with schemes across London, Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire.
- PM/CA, tender duties
- Pre aquisition surveys
- RCA's
- Dilapidations

Person specification
- BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying (Ideally or RICS accredited degree)
