Location: Nottingham

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum plus benefits

Role Overview: As a Site Foreman, you will oversee and manage shopfitting projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising subcontractors and site teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily site operations, including subcontractors and site teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of site progress, resources, and any variations to the original scope of work.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the shopfitting or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proven track record of managing projects to successful completion.
  • CSCS Card, SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), and First Aid certification are preferred.
