We are representing a client with a developing procurement team who are looking for a Catalogue Manager. You will be collating product lists and updating the ERP system, supporting with tenders and dealing supplier queries and issues. Job Title: Catalogue Manager - Procurement
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 p.a.
Location: Borehamwood
Type: Permanent, Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Responsibilities:
- Work with the procurement team to liaise with suppliers and ensure product information is correct on the ERP system
- Upload product lists to the new ERP system
- Support category managers with tendering activities
- Analyse pricing and spend data
- Support negotiation activities
- Resolve queries and solving issues on supplier invoices, when necessary, escalate to Accounts Payable
- Communicated with customers regarding changes in pricing
Requirements:
- Strong IT skills and experience working with ERP Systems
- Excellent communication skills
- An understanding of tendering
- Commercial awareness
- Planning and organisation skills
