Technical Administrator – £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + benefits - subject to suitable experience and skills – Bracknell, Berkshire

As a Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our Bracknell office. Your responsibilities will include managing, coordinating, and preparing electronic project files and documents, as well as providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and coordinating electronic project files and documents.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all files are up-to-date.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
  • Managing corporate documents and logging them appropriately.
  • Providing administrative support to colleagues, HR, and management.
  • Assisting with general office duties such as answering calls, organising events, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ensuring the workplace remains tidy and organised.
  • Supporting project administration, including sourcing quotes, placing orders, and arranging deliveries.
  • Conducting internal office checks and actioning any findings.

The Person

  • At least one year of experience in technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and related legislation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Professional and diplomatic approach to client and business needs.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is desirable.
