You will be working for a well-known London based Council.

Description

The successful Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Provide HR operational support for assigned business unit, leading on all employee relations case management
  • Provide full partnering service to the division
  • Strategic partnering with Corporate/Directors and Senior Leadership team
  • Build line management capability
  • Promote EDI and well-being agenda

Profile

The successful Senior HR Business Partner will posses the following:

  • CIPD qualified to Level 7
  • Proven track record as a strategic and operational HR BP
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record leading change management activity

Job Offer

On offer for the successful Senior HR Business Partner is:

  • An interim role until 31st December 2024
  • Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday
  • Hybrid working - 3 days a week in office
