Description
The successful Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Provide HR operational support for assigned business unit, leading on all employee relations case management
- Provide full partnering service to the division
- Strategic partnering with Corporate/Directors and Senior Leadership team
- Build line management capability
- Promote EDI and well-being agenda
Profile
The successful Senior HR Business Partner will posses the following:
- CIPD qualified to Level 7
- Proven track record as a strategic and operational HR BP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in a similar industry
- Proven track record leading change management activity
Job Offer
On offer for the successful Senior HR Business Partner is:
- An interim role until 31st December 2024
- Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday
- Hybrid working - 3 days a week in office
