We have a requirement for an experienced Site Manager to look after a 12 weeks project taking place in the Ashford area starting at the beginning of September.
The position will be managing the waterproofing and groundsworks to the exterior of a one off building. You will maintain accurate site records, ensuring the quality of the work carried out meets the specific requirements. You will ensure that the work is carried out against the set programme and on time and that the necessary materials and sub-contractors are on site when they need to be.
You will develop good relationships with the various contractors and will deal with any issues that arise during the works.
You must have SMSTS in date certification and have previous experience of having managed a site.
The hours of work are 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
