About the business:

CRA Legal are working in partnership with a reputable and highly successful business with a national presence. Our client is a long term established organisation with a great approach to their employees and customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager/team leader in Estate Planning to further their career in the legal sector or even start it.

Our client is a leading provider of probate, estate planning and private client services, with a portfolio of commercial partnerships with blue chip clients in the financial advisory, insurance and banking sectors.

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Legal Administration Team Leader:

  • Take responsibility for the delivery of operational work, leading and empowering your team to deliver an excellent service and meet set SLAs
  • Prioritise your own and team's workload
  • Provide training to develop the team and support on recruitment
  • Stay informed of changes with Group Co-op and Co-op Legal Services, communicating these effectively with your team through regular team huddles
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports on team performance, using these to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage a team of 8-10 people
  • Conduct 1-2-1's.

To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:

  • Experience as a Team Leader or Manager of a team. Legal administrator or previous team leader experience in a professional services industry is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
  • The ability to inclusively lead, support, develop and engage a diverse team
  • Good Excel skills with the ability to analyse processes and data to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ability to manage and plan your own and the team's workload to deliver on service levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and experience in handling large volumes of paperwork and inbound calls
  • Excellent relationship building and customer service skills, both in person and on the phone
