We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering world-class customer service. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in resolving enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to providing exceptional support.
Day to Day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, taking ownership and resolving all enquiries during the initial interaction.
- Triage issues over the phone and provide suitable remedial actions.
- Arrange and confirm appointments, aligning with customer needs and the efficiency of our field-based clinical team.
- Conduct customer satisfaction assessments and offer additional assistance if required.
- Handle inbound calls and messages from clinical field-based colleagues to help resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the achievement of targets that contribute to prompt service delivery and business growth.
- Identify opportunities to schedule new appointments through interactions with existing customers.
- Enhance the customer experience by identifying and suggesting areas for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A consistent track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in multitasking and using multiple systems while managing enquiries.
- Solution-oriented with the determination to follow through on resolutions.
- A positive ‘can-do' attitude and a drive to achieve personal best performance.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our customers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Competence in IT applications such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Professional conduct at all times.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
- Experience within a healthcare setting is an advantage.
