We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering world-class customer service. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in resolving enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to providing exceptional support.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, taking ownership and resolving all enquiries during the initial interaction.
  • Triage issues over the phone and provide suitable remedial actions.
  • Arrange and confirm appointments, aligning with customer needs and the efficiency of our field-based clinical team.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction assessments and offer additional assistance if required.
  • Handle inbound calls and messages from clinical field-based colleagues to help resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support the achievement of targets that contribute to prompt service delivery and business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to schedule new appointments through interactions with existing customers.
  • Enhance the customer experience by identifying and suggesting areas for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A consistent track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and using multiple systems while managing enquiries.
  • Solution-oriented with the determination to follow through on resolutions.
  • A positive ‘can-do' attitude and a drive to achieve personal best performance.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our customers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Competence in IT applications such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional conduct at all times.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
  • Experience within a healthcare setting is an advantage.
