Job Opportunity: Aluminium Fabricator
Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious company for skilled Aluminium Fabricators to join their team in the Northampton and Coventry areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and documentation of fabrication processes
- Conduct QA checks on incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials
- Maintain factory compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
- Collaborate with the team to meet agreed timescales and deadlines
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Technical knowledge and experience with aluminium façade systems
- Experience with machinery such as Router, Double Mitre Saw, Bead Saw, and CNC (advantageous)
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Commitment to high standards of work
