Assistant Design Consultant, South West London

Job Requirements:
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & Visio and producing UK Building Regulation and Working Drawings.
- AutoCAD drafting/drawing test completion is a must.
- Understanding of construction and design, with the ability to design residential details and prepare measured surveys.
- Produce Space plans and 3D designs to a working brief, as well as high-quality presentations and tender returns using PowerPoint.
- Desirable: Ability to use 3D software to produce high-quality renders and 3D views of Health club settings and standards with pCon.planner.
