Your new company
Working for an Insurance broker based in London who grows by acquisition. Headquartered out of the US with a large UK&I presence.

Your new role
This role is a new role in the HR structure, reporting to the Head of HR for the UK&I. The current firm size is circa 350 headcount, with the ambition to grow to 400 by the end of the financial year. You'll be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment, mainly for insurance brokers, but also for the support functions as well.
The firm is in the beginning stages of introducing a HRIS system, Workday, where you'll be responsible for the testing phase, ensuring you're working with the implementation project team and ensuring it is fit for purpose.

What you'll need to succeed
Due to the hiring requirements, you will be an individual who is currently working for an insurance firm, and have circa 3+ years of experience of hiring in a brokerage. It is also essential that you have Workday experience.
